“Holy ground”

IN THE BEGINNING…

 

Founded by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, KY in 1937 as a summer camp for girls, Camp Maria opened near Abell’s Wharf on the bank of Breton Bay and later moved to the present site. And so the journey began.
